Job Description

As a Senior Quality Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the highest quality standards across our website and product content. You will ensure that all product information is accurate, complete, and aligned with British English conventions, while supporting marketing initiatives through high-quality translations. Through your attention to detail, analytical mindset, and commitment to excellence, you will help drive continuous improvements in data quality, processes, and customer experience. This position is limited to 6 months and based in Warsaw.

Job Responsibility

  • Ensuring top-quality standards across the website, in line with British English language conventions and brand guidelines
  • Verifying the completeness, accuracy, and consistency of product data in accordance with established guidelines
  • Performing quality assurance checks across systems, processes, and content to identify and resolve potential issues
  • Providing high-quality marketing translations while preserving the intended tone of voice and messaging
  • Addressing data defects with urgency and proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes, tools, and data quality
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to maintain quality standards and support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Native-level proficiency in British English
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Excellent self-organisation, time management, and prioritisation skills, with the ability to react swiftly to urgent cases
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in working with large amounts of data and identifying inconsistencies
