Job Description:

Looking for a highly motivated Senior QA Profile with minimum 5 years of QA experience to join our team and ensure the delivery of high-quality. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in manual testing and should be able to guide/coach QA team with experience & skills. Inetum is a leader in digital services with a team of 28,000 consultants contributing to digital innovation and transformation.

Job Responsibility:

Demonstrated expertise in manual testing, with a strong understanding of quality assurance processes and testing methodologies
Hands-on experience with test management and test execution tools
Perform component-level testing, ensuring system modules function correctly and meet requirements
Analyse and interpret user stories to develop comprehensive and effective test cases
Maintain a high level of attention to detail while working independently or collaboratively within a team environment
Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills, working closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders
Provide guidance and coaching to QA team members, supporting their development and ensuring adherence to best practices
Identify root causes and effectively analyze and resolve issues as they arise during the QA lifecycle
Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of testing strategies and QA processes

Requirements:

Proven experience in manual QA testing
Industry-recognized certification such as ISTQB Foundation Level
Experience in creating, maintaining, and executing detailed test plans and test cases
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)

Nice to have:

Familiarity with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager)
Experience with automated testing tools
Working knowledge of Java and Selenium
