We're looking for a Senior QA/Test Automations Engineer to join our Engineering team and play a key role in transforming quality through culture, process, and tooling. You'll work closely with our engineering team bringing your expertise to help us transition from reactive bug catching to proactive quality engineering. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building shared infrastructure, driving cultural change, and enabling teams to ship faster with confidence. You'll be a force multiplier establishing frameworks, building tools, and setting standards that scale across the entire engineering organization.

Job Responsibility

  • Build Shared Testing Infrastructure: Design and implement shared testing tools, mock services test data generation capabilities, and E2E test infrastructure that all squads can leverage
  • Establish Culture & Standards: Drive testing-first culture across the organization, create testing frameworks and standards, define test scenarios with Product Managers, and provide expert consultation on testing approaches in PRDs and TDDs
  • Strategic Oversight: Track and review quality KPIs, conduct monthly QA metrics reviews, audit E2E test coverage against critical paths, identify and fix flaky tests, and facilitate quarterly strategy reviews
  • Enable Self-Service: Create admin tooling and documentation that allows PMs and engineers to self-service test data creation and execute comprehensive testing independently

Requirements

  • Proven senior level experience in test automation, with a track record of building testing infrastructure at scale
  • Deep expertise in E2E testing frameworks, test automation tools, and building mock services for complex integrations
  • Strong experience establishing testing culture and driving organizational change - you know how to make testing non-negotiable without creating friction
  • Excellent collaboration skills with proven ability to influence Engineering Leads, Product Managers, and senior leadership
  • Self-starter who can define strategy, prioritize ruthlessly, and execute with minimal oversight

What we offer

  • Own part of the company through stock options
  • Private health insurance
  • Annual training budget
  • Plum Premium
  • Referral scheme: earn competitive rewards
  • Flexible approach to remote working: we encourage at least 2 days a week in one of our beautiful offices in London, Athens or Cyprus
  • Team breakfasts and team lunches
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • 45 work-from-anywhere days: giving you the flexibility to work your way
  • 2 weeks sabbatical after 4 years to take the break you deserve
  • Enhanced parental leave
  • 1 paid volunteering day annually
  • Annual team trip: to a surprise destination
  • A fun, inclusive company culture
