Job Description:

Inetum Polska, part of the global Inetum Group operating in Poland, is hiring for a Senior QA Software Engineer role. Responsibilities include designing comprehensive QA strategies, developing automated test suites, collaborating with developers, and tracking bugs. Candidates should have 5+ years of software testing experience, proficiency with automation tools, familiarity with CI/CD tools, and English proficiency at B2 level or higher. Job Responsibility:

design and implement comprehensive QA strategies (manual and automated)
develop and maintain automated test suites (API, UI, integration, regression)
collaborate closely with developers to ensure software quality throughout the development lifecycle
investigate, report, and track bugs, as well as validate fixes
define test cases and acceptance criteria based on product requirements

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in software testing, including automation
proficiency with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Postman, REST Assured)
experience testing web applications, APIs, and backend systems
knowledge of scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or C#)
familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
strong understanding of software quality principles and test coverage
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
