Job Description:

We are looking for a Product-Minded Senior QA Engineer. We need someone who looks beyond just "testing code" and takes ownership of the entire quality lifecycle. You will work side-by-side with Product Managers to refine requirements before development starts ("Shift Left"). You are also a creator who uses modern tools (AI, Copilot) to build smart automation, ensuring our platform is fast, reliable, and easy for our scouts to use.

Job Responsibility:

  • Requirement Ownership: Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to turn business ideas into clear, testable user stories
  • Shift Left: Get involved in the design phase. You challenge assumptions and identify risks early, preventing bugs before a single line of code is written
  • Smart Automation (Creator Mindset): Build tools, bots, and scripts that improve developer efficiency. Use AI to speed up test creation and data analysis
  • Testing Execution: Balance deep exploratory testing (finding complex logic issues) with robust automated checks (Playwright/Cypress) for critical workflows
  • Release Quality: Act as the gatekeeper for quality. You validate that new features meet both technical standards and user needs

Requirements:

  • 4+ Years Experience: Proven history of leading quality strategy in complex product teams
  • Product Mindset: You care about the user experience and business logic, not just passing test cases
  • Proactive: You don’t wait for detailed instructions
  • you ask questions and define the path forward
  • Clear Communicator: You can explain technical risks simply to non-technical team members
  • Automation: Expert in modern UI frameworks (Playwright or Cypress preferred)
  • API & Data: Strong experience with API testing (Postman, REST Assured) and SQL
  • Modern Tech: Experience using AI tools (LLMs) to assist with coding and testing
  • CI/CD: Comfortable integrating tests into pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
What we offer:
  • The opportunity to work and develop within an inspiring and fast-growing company
  • Flat organization with high degree of individual responsibility
  • A collaborative environment with colleagues from all over the world (Engineering offices in Europe, Asia and the US)
  • Very good social and physical working environment
  • A company culture that promotes social aspects, sports, physical exercise, and fun
  • Competitive salary and benefits
  • Hybrid work model
