Job Description:

The Senior QA Engineer ensures the delivery of high-quality software to mission customers and the adherence of releases to production standards, directly contributing to the reliability and success of ICEYE's SAR Satellite Missions. This role is critical for maintaining customer trust and operational excellence.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define and formulate Test Strategy
  • Test Execution and Defect Management
  • Detailed Test Reporting and Documentation
  • Own End-to-End Mission Quality
  • Drive Quality Assurance Maturity
  • On-Prem Deployment Validation

Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of QA principles and practices [6-8 years experience]
  • Experience in developing, executing and reporting project-specific Test Strategies and Test Plans
  • Experience in automation of RESTful APIs and UI using Selenium, Playwright etc
  • Good understanding of RESTful APIs and UI testing
  • Experience working with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS environments
  • Experience with Linux/Unix OS platforms
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins etc
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the Program Managers, Engineering teams and Business stakeholders
  • Experience with working in Jira or any other test management tool
