Job Description:

We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our team and help shape the future of cloud data security. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the robustness of Cyera’s platform, leading automation efforts, and driving product quality across development phases. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, validating specifications, enhancing automation coverage, and ensuring a seamless user experience. Your work will directly contribute to delivering a secure and reliable product that our customers trust.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain and manage cloud environments across AWS, GCP, and Azure to support testing and quality assurance
  • Build, enhance, and maintain test automation frameworks for the platform group
  • Act as a quality champion within the team, fostering a strong automation culture
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to validate specifications and align on quality expectations
  • Own product quality throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Serve as the go-to expert on product quality, acting as the key link between customer success, product management, and engineering teams

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer testing complex applications
  • At least 2 years focused on UI automation
  • Hands-on experience with Playwright/Cypress/Selenium
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript/Python for automation scripting
  • Experience with API automation testing
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Proficiency in SQL and data validation
  • Solid experience in writing and executing detailed test plans and test cases
