Senior QA Automation Engineer - VOIS

• Take ownership of end‑to‑end product quality through the development and continuous improvement of test strategies, test plans, and test cases
• Design, implement, and maintain manual and automated test suites for web applications and APIs
• Embed test automation into the software delivery pipeline using industry best practices
• Execute functional, regression, performance, and end‑to‑end tests for software releases
• Identify, log, track, and support the resolution of defects using enterprise ticketing systems
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams during Agile ceremonies and product design reviews
• Analyse logs, trace defects, and support root‑cause analysis
• Contribute to improving existing testing tools, frameworks, and quality processes
• Share knowledge and best practices with internal and external testing communities

• Proficient in manual and automated testing frameworks such as Selenium, JMeter, Cucumber, TestNG, SeeTest, and Frisby
• Comfortable working with HTTP protocols, headers, and response codes
• Experienced in performance and load testing, as well as end‑to‑end automation
• Skilled in Java programming with hands‑on exposure to CI/CD/CT pipelines and cloud environments
• Familiar with scripting (Bash) and basic SQL/NoSQL database concepts
• Experienced in Agile delivery models such as Scrum or Kanban
• Confident using tools including Eclipse IDE, Maven, Jenkins, Git, and enterprise ticketing systems such as Jira, QA, or Remedy
• An effective communicator who collaborates well within diverse, cross‑functional teams
• Exposure to TDD, black‑box and white‑box testing methodologies, mock servers, and log analysis is advantageous
