Senior QA Automation Engineer (Selenium, Java, Playwright)

• Analyze requirements to understand new features, enhancements, and bug fixes for each release
• Prepare test prerequisites, including mock data setup, pricing generation, and deployment validation
• Perform manual testing by creating test cases, validating functionality, and logging defects with clear system analysis
• Develop and maintain automation test scripts
• run automated suites across environments and share reports
• Support release management by organizing feature cards, coordinating with development teams, and determining SIT/UAT needs
• Test and validate application functionality across multiple environments (DEV, QA, SIT, UAT, DEMO, Production)
• Provide SIT, UAT, DEMO, and Production support, including defect analysis, sanity checks, coordination with teams, and sign-off processes

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 6 years in automation testing
• Strong manual and automation testing skills
• Experience with Java, Selenium, Cucumber, JUnit, and API testing
• Ability to design and develop automation frameworks (PlayWright)
• Proficiency with GIT for code management
• Solid SQL and database knowledge
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Ability to deliver high-quality testing under deadlines
• Adaptable, quick learner, and able to multitask
• Understanding of web-based systems and agile methodologies
• Effective communicator and collaborative team player
• Detail-oriented with strong ownership and follow-through
