Senior QA Automation Analyst

Develop, maintain, and execute manual and automated test scripts for application testing. Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business and functional requirements. Prepare and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test cases and coordinate UAT schedules with stakeholders. Track test execution results and generate testing reports and documentation. Log, track, categorize, and prioritize defects using Jira and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues. Develop and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) to ensure complete test coverage. Perform various types of testing including unit, integration, regression, smoke, system, stress, performance, and user acceptance testing. Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman, SOAPUI, or JMeter. Develop and execute test automation scripts using UFT. Write and execute SQL queries to validate data and perform CRUD operations. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Collaborate with development teams across development, testing, and UAT environments to troubleshoot issues and support software releases. Create and review performance testing scripts and analyze test results. Communicate testing progress, risks, and issues to project stakeholders. Support multiple projects while maintaining accurate time tracking and estimation for tasks and enhancements.
