The Senior QA Analyst is responsible for ensuring the quality, stability, and scalability of Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and enterprise integrations. This role will lead QA efforts across both manual and automated testing, validate complex integrations, and implement effective test data management strategies. The ideal candidate brings a strong quality engineering mindset and hands-on experience in Salesforce testing environments.
Job Responsibility
Execute manual and automated testing for Salesforce applications
Validate integrations, workflows, and data flows across systems
Develop automation scripts and maintain frameworks
Manage test data creation, masking, and validation
Ensure full test coverage across functional, regression, and integration testing
Track and report defects and testing progress
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science or related field
6+ years of software QA experience
3+ years of Salesforce testing experience
Strong experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture (objects, flows, validation rules, integrations)
Experience with Sales Cloud (Marketing Cloud a plus)
Proficiency in SOQL for data validation and troubleshooting
Experience with sandbox environments and deployment processes
Test automation experience (Selenium, Playwright, or similar)
API testing experience (Postman, REST tools)
Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber, SpecFlow, etc.)
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and defect tracking tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.)
Experience with object-oriented languages (Java, C#, Python)
Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and integration testing
Strong test data management and validation experience
SQL and scripting knowledge for backend validation
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to translate complex requirements into effective test scenarios
