Job Description:

Our team is in charge of the infrastructure behind one of the most important parts of the company—our website, the place where users interact with our platform. The site runs on Django, so we’re primarily looking for a Python developer who’s confident with the language. But don’t worry, it’s not just Python—you’ll get to tackle a wide range of challenges along the way.If you love learning new things and have a broad technical outlook, we’d love to meet you!

Job Responsibility:

  • Breaking up the monolith & designing scalable microservices
  • Developing & integrating new features in a high-load environment
  • Building services that scale & stay secure
  • Exploring different tech areas

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of software development experience
  • Strong Python skills (2+ years of hands-on work)
  • Good grasp of algorithms & data structures
  • Experience with Django & DRF
  • Ability to design solutions & choose the right tools
  • Broad knowledge of modern backend web technologies
  • Basic understanding of databases, messaging systems & data streaming
  • Experience with containerized infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes)

Nice to have:

  • Experience building high-load, fault-tolerant services
  • Knowledge of Unix systems, OS internals & networking
  • Familiarity with frontend tech (JS, TS, React)
  • Some experience with Go
  • Experience monitoring high-load production systems
  • You have experience or knowledge of finance and trading
  • You know about TradingView
