Senior Purchasing Officer - E&M

Orchestrate the full lifecycle of procurement contracts, overseeing the issuance and execution of purchase orders for E&M equipment and engineering sub-contracts. Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives, including the development of a robust supplier database and the execution of high-level commercial negotiations. Safeguard project integrity by ensuring all materials and services strictly align with contract specifications, delivery programmes, and financial budgets. Act as the primary relationship lead for strategic suppliers and sub-contractors, fostering long-term partnerships that drive value. Synergise with internal project teams to forecast material requirements and formulate data-driven procurement strategies. Manage and consolidate procurement data to provide actionable insights for project cost control and financial planning. Proactively mitigate supply chain risks, resolving issues related to sub-standard quality, logistical delays, or inventory shortages.
