Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for procurement of components, planning of monthly requirement based on production plane plan should be able to negotiate with vendors, get best price and delivery on time; Ensuring the availability of components for a particular project as per the Bill of materials (BOM) & Material procurement request (MPR); Sending an Enquiry & getting the quote, scrutinizing the quotations from the suppliers; Negotiate price & executes contracts with the vendors as per requirement of quality, cost and delivery terms; Seeking reliable vendors or suppliers to provide quality goods at reasonable prices and develop relationships with the key suppliers and customers; Review of purchase orders, Follow UP's of PO's with supplier; Coordinating with the various Departments for Procurement of components; Coordinate with Accounts Department to ensure accurate and timely payment of S.Crs & Advance payment to supplier for smooth business transaction & timely deliver; Ensuring timely delivery of the product; The manager provides expertise in specifying and procuring new components and reviews technical and quality requirements for the purchase of items; Getting Annual contract of Insurance & Preparing insurance statement monthly wise & submit to Insurance dept monthly wise ( Imports & Sales ); Custom clearance of foreign trade consignments.(For Projects& TRG ); Handling of Freight forwarder for shipments movements; GRN Clearance & same to be update in Excel for payment due dates; ISO & AS Document updating & documented.

Job Responsibility
