Job Description:

A well-established and growing law firm is seeking a highly experienced and self-driven Senior Property Solicitor (minimum 10 years PQE) to join its busy Property department in West London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to lead a small team and contribute to the ongoing development of the department.

Job Responsibility:

Manage a diverse caseload of residential and commercial property transactions, including Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, Mortgages and re-mortgages, Buy-to-let transactions, Leasehold matters and related advisory work
Contribute to business development, maintaining relationships with clients and referrers, and participating in firm-wide marketing activities

Requirements:

Qualified solicitor with at least 10 years PQE in property law
Demonstrated experience in both residential and commercial conveyancing
Able to independently manage a busy caseload
Strong drafting and negotiation skills
Excellent client care and relationship-building abilities
Prior leadership or supervisory experience is advantageous
A client following is desirable, but not essential
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Comfortable using MS Office and legal case management systems
Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
Interest in contributing to marketing and business development efforts
