Job Description:

A well-established and growing law firm is seeking a highly experienced and self-driven Senior Property Solicitor (minimum 10 years PQE) to join its busy Property department in West London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to lead a small team and contribute to the ongoing development of the department.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of residential and commercial property transactions, including Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, Mortgages and re-mortgages, Buy-to-let transactions, Leasehold matters and related advisory work
  • Contribute to business development, maintaining relationships with clients and referrers, and participating in firm-wide marketing activities

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor with at least 10 years PQE in property law
  • Demonstrated experience in both residential and commercial conveyancing
  • Able to independently manage a busy caseload
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills
  • Excellent client care and relationship-building abilities
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience is advantageous
  • A client following is desirable, but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Comfortable using MS Office and legal case management systems
  • Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Interest in contributing to marketing and business development efforts

Nice to have:

  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience is advantageous
  • A client following is desirable, but not essential
