Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Senior Property Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located in our Manchester office. The salary ranges from £30,000 to £35,000.

Job Responsibility:

  • Organising & recommending maintenance works, including new build snagging and defects management
  • Regular communication with a professional landlord over Microsoft teams and written emails
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to our customers & landlords
  • Renewing & negotiating tenancy agreements
  • Completing inspections, inventories & check outs of our customers via a third party
  • Support the team and your line report with adhoc queries and escalations
  • Support the Senior Management Team with adhoc requests
  • Take the lead in the absence of the Client Manager

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a property management setting
