Job Responsibility

  • Provide legal advice and representation to private landlords and insurance clients on recovering possession of residential properties
  • Handle cases involving assured shorthold tenancies, assured tenancies, rent act tenancies, and common law tenancies
  • Navigate the complexities of residential possession work, including defended actions and disrepair claims

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in residential possession work, ideally for landlords
  • A solid understanding of the legal procedures and requirements for recovering possession
  • Excellent client care skills and the ability to demonstrate initiative
  • Strong organisational skills and a methodical approach to your work
  • Proficiency in word processing, Excel, Outlook, and case management systems
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a knack for problem-solving under pressure
