You'll join one of the UK's largest property litigation practises, working with exciting clients from various sectors.

Job Responsibility:

Provide legal advice and representation to private landlords and insurance clients on recovering possession of residential properties
Handle cases involving assured shorthold tenancies, assured tenancies, rent act tenancies, and common law tenancies
Navigate the complexities of residential possession work, including defended actions and disrepair claims

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in residential possession work, ideally for landlords
A solid understanding of the legal procedures and requirements for recovering possession
Excellent client care skills and the ability to demonstrate initiative
Strong organisational skills and a methodical approach to your work
Proficiency in word processing, Excel, Outlook, and case management systems
A positive, can-do attitude with a knack for problem-solving under pressure
