Job Responsibility

Lead day-to-day property management activities, focusing on tenant relations, property maintenance, and financial oversight
collaborate with the property management team, contractors, tenants, and landlords to ensure top-notch service delivery
conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and optimal condition
cultivate strong relationships with tenants and landlords by proactively addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction
prepare and manage property budgets, ensuring operational efficiency
monitor financial performance and provide insightful reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost reduction
maintain accurate records of inspections and handle legal matters, including evictions and lease disputes
mentor and train property management staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages high performance and retention
