Job Responsibility:
Manage project-level cash analysis, AP, GL, and month-end close
Prepare journal entries, fee calculations, and balance sheet reconciliations
Support debt service, lender draws, and asset management requests
Assist with quarterly and annual financial reporting to investors
Partner on audits, tax reviews, and partnership returns
Support acquisitions, dispositions, and ad hoc accounting projects
Communicate with JV partners and interpret legal agreements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Accounting with 3–5 years of relevant experience
Real estate, PE, construction, or development background strongly preferred
CPA or CPA candidate a plus
Strong Excel skills
MRI experience highly preferred
Solid understanding of partnership accounting
Detail-driven, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Confident communicator with sound judgment and ownership mindset
Nice to have:
Real estate, PE, construction, or development background strongly preferred
CPA or CPA candidate a plus
MRI experience highly preferred
