Fully qualified ACCA/CIMA or QBE
Ideally property experience or international experience
Strong organisational and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail
Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
familiarity with overseas accounting regulations is a plus

Job Responsibility

Reviewing quarterly company management accounts (P&L, B/S, and Cash flow) and ensuring accurate monthly cash flow analysis
Overseeing bank and rent reconciliations provided by agents to maintain financial integrity
Collaborating on annual budgets and business plans, with a proactive approach to reporting improvements
Preparing quarterly board papers with insightful variance analysis
Assisting with year-end statutory accounts prepared under IFRS and liaising with external auditors to ensure smooth audits
Managing inter-company balances and corporate administration for non-UK companies
Supporting asset managers with financial reviews of prospective tenants and lease cash flow modelling
Engaging in various projects and ad hoc duties within the Finance Department
