Job Responsibility

  • Manage project-level cash analysis, AP, GL, and month-end close
  • Prepare journal entries, fee calculations, and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Support debt service, lender draws, and asset management requests
  • Assist with quarterly and annual financial reporting to investors
  • Partner on audits, tax reviews, and partnership returns
  • Support acquisitions, dispositions, and ad hoc accounting projects
  • Communicate with JV partners and interpret legal agreements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Accounting with 3–5 years of relevant experience
  • Real estate, PE, construction, or development background strongly preferred
  • CPA or CPA candidate a plus
  • Strong Excel skills
  • MRI experience highly preferred
  • Solid understanding of partnership accounting
  • Detail-driven, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Confident communicator with sound judgment and ownership mindset

Nice to have
