Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of property accounting
Demonstrated proficiency in property accounting principles and practices
Proficient in month-end close procedures and account reconciliation
Extensive experience using Yardi property management software
Previous experience in conducting audits in the property accounting field
Strong understanding and experience in handling accruals in accounting
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required
Strong oral and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a plus
