Attention Property Accountants!! We need your help, well our client does. A real estate client of ours in Greenwood Village is seeking a Property Accountant to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who can hit the ground running, thrives in a hands‑on environment, and brings strong technical accounting skills-especially around bank reconciliations.

Job Responsibility

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations with high accuracy
  • Manage full‑cycle property accounting
  • Prepare journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and month‑end close activities
  • Review and analyze financial statements for multiple properties
  • Support ad‑hoc projects and accounting clean‑up as needed

Requirements

2+ years of property accounting experience (commercial or residential)
