Job Description

Drive sales growth in the lighting engineering segment (commercial, residential, industrial, infrastructure). Oversee bid preparation, project quotations, and tender participation, ensuring technical and commercial competitiveness Act as the technical and commercial point of contact for key accounts, managing complex lighting projects end-to-end. Build strong relationships with MEP consultants, electrical contractors, architects, lighting designers, and facility owners. Ensure all solutions comply with client needs, applicable lighting standards (IES, EN, LEED), and energy efficiency benchmarks. Collaborate with product, procurement, logistics, and design departments to ensure project deliverables are met on time. Ensure technical alignment between client requirements and internal capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field from a reputable university
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering sales sectors
  • Proficiency in selling Electrical products to Projects ( Lighting Control KNX , Central Battery , Lighting , CCTV , LV Panels , Electrical switches)
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office suite
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills
