Job Description:

An entrepreneurial and award-winning Cost Consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior Project Surveyor to join their growing London office. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Project Surveyor to step into a client-facing role with strong progression potential, within a consultancy that puts innovation, delivery, and people at the heart of its success.

Job Responsibility:

Full pre- and post-contract cost management
Mentoring and supporting junior team members
Leading client meetings and ensuring project objectives are met
Driving best practice, value engineering, and efficient project delivery

Requirements:

MRICS qualification or be actively working towards achieving it
A RICS-accredited degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
Strong Pre & Post Contract Experience
Background in health, commercial, or education sectors is advantageous
Prior Quantity Surveying experience with a UK cost consultancy or PQS firm
