Job Description

As a Project Manager at VOIS, you are accountable for the successful end to end delivery of strategic business and technology initiatives supporting Vodafone. You will lead cross functional teams to deliver defined project outcomes within the agreed scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards. You will own full project lifecycle accountability from initiation and planning through execution, governance, and value realization ensuring alignment to Vodafone’s strategic objectives and measurable business benefits

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of medium to large, complex cross-functional projects from initiation through closure ensuring defined objectives are achieved within agreed scope, time, cost, and quality parameters
  • Define, plan and control project scope, schedule, financials, resources, and governance to achieve clearly defined objectives and realize measurable business benefits
  • Own project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and benefits tracking, ensuring value is delivered as committed
  • Identify, manage and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies proactively to minimize business disruption and protect delivery outcomes
  • Monitor and control project performance against agreed milestones, budgets, and success measures, implementing timely corrective actions to protect delivery outcomes
