Job Responsibility

  • Direct large-scale IT projects and programs from planning through execution, ensuring objectives, schedules, and deliverables remain on track
  • Partner with business leaders, technical teams, and external stakeholders to define priorities, resolve obstacles, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
  • Apply Agile Scrum methods to organize work, support team collaboration, and promote consistent progress across multiple initiatives
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans, status reporting, risk registers, and governance updates to support informed decision-making
  • Use Atlassian Jira to manage backlogs, monitor task progression, and provide accurate visibility into team performance and milestone completion
  • Facilitate meetings such as sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and steering discussions to keep teams aligned and accountable
  • Identify project risks, dependencies, and resource constraints early, then develop practical mitigation strategies to reduce delivery impact
  • Oversee program coordination across concurrent workstreams and ensure outcomes meet quality expectations and business requirements

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing enterprise-level IT projects or programs in a senior project management capacity
  • Strong working knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and the ability to apply them in complex delivery environments
  • PMP certification required
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities across multiple initiatives
  • Hands-on experience with Atlassian Jira for project tracking, workflow management, and reporting
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Solid understanding of project governance, risk management, budgeting, and delivery oversight
