Job Description:

The Senior Project / Program Manager will lead complex, multi‑stream initiatives across technology, operations, and transformation domains. This role requires a seasoned leader who can drive end‑to‑end delivery, manage cross‑functional teams, and ensure strategic alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate brings strong governance discipline, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering high‑impact programs in dynamic environments.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of large‑scale projects and multi‑phase programs
  • Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics in alignment with business strategy
  • Manage interdependencies, risks, and constraints across multiple workstreams
  • Ensure delivery excellence through structured governance, reporting, and stakeholder alignment
  • Engage with senior leadership, business owners, and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment
  • Facilitate steering committee meetings, executive updates, and cross‑functional workshops
  • Build strong relationships across global teams to drive collaboration and decision‑making
  • Develop and manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
  • Optimize resource allocation across teams and vendors to ensure efficient delivery
  • Track ROI, benefits realization, and long‑term value creation
  • Establish and maintain PMO standards, frameworks, and best practices
  • Implement risk management, change control, and issue‑resolution processes
  • Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, lessons learned, and process optimization
  • Oversee delivery of technology‑driven initiatives including cloud migrations, automation programs, AI‑enabled solutions, and enterprise platform rollouts
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Support adoption of Agile, hybrid, or traditional delivery methodologies based on project needs

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience managing complex projects and programs in technology, operations, or transformation environments
  • Strong command of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
  • Proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams, vendors, and global stakeholders
  • Experience with enterprise tools such as Jira, MS Project, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and make data‑driven decisions
  • PMP certification is required

Nice to have:

  • Certifications: PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master, SAFe, or equivalent
  • Experience delivering cloud, automation, or AI‑driven transformation programs
  • Exposure to budgeting, portfolio management, and enterprise PMO environments
  • Background in BPO, IT services, product engineering, or digital transformation
