Provide comprehensive oversight and supervision of mechanical erection activities on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety protocols
Lead the end-to-end project execution process, from initial planning and scheduling to final commissioning
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking milestones, resource allocation, and critical path activities to ensure timely delivery
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical challenges and mitigate project risks

Requirements
Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
Minimum of 5 years to a maximum of 10 years of professional experience in the EPC sector, specifically focusing on mechanical erection and large-scale project execution
Proven ability to supervise complex mechanical site activities and manage multi-disciplinary teams
Advanced understanding of project planning tools, mechanical erection methodologies, and EPC workflow management
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a professional approach to stakeholder management
Ability to work effectively in a demanding, high-stakes industrial environment
