Carriera is working with an established client-side construction consultancy to recruit a Senior Project Manager to take ownership of the delivery of multiple construction projects across a varied and active portfolio. The role involves leading projects from early pre-planning through to handover, with typical values ranging between £1m and £10m. Works include a mix of new build, conversion, fit-out and external works, delivered across different asset types and stakeholder groups. You will be responsible for the overall leadership of your projects, including programme management, design coordination, consultant and contractor oversight, and project governance. This is a client-facing role with a high level of autonomy and trust. The successful candidate will be comfortable acting as the lead point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders, shaping delivery strategy, managing risk and driving projects forward through all stages of the lifecycle.
