Senior Project Manager

• Lead diverse, fast-moving global and local programs, including innovation, strategy, creative, complex technology, and performance marketing
• Define clear project scopes that set a strong foundation for success
• Develop comprehensive project plans, covering objectives, timelines, and budgets
• Proactively manage risks and issues, ensuring best practices are followed
• Forecast and plan resource needs across teams, assisting with proactive allocation
• Guide teams to meet project goals, translating business needs into actionable tasks
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, refining acceptance criteria and aligning delivery with business objectives
• Ensure the on-time, on-budget delivery of high-quality products that exceed client expectations
• Maintain clear and consistent communication and alignment among all stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and external partners
• Drive for excellence in end-user experience and business relevance
• Partner with senior leaders to drive complex, end-to-end projects across strategy, creative, tech, and performance
• Build lasting client relationships
• Balance innovative business development, profitability, and creative excellence

• Several years of project management experience from a digital agency or similar fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication in English is essential
• Danish is a valuable plus
• Genuine passion for bringing digital projects to life
• Natural interest in understanding clients' business goals
• Sound judgment in making project decisions
• Highly organized and meticulous
• Adept at solving issues at all levels of a project
• Enjoy working with cross-functional teams
