Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate the execution of 4-6 assigned projects, translating objectives into clear timelines, deliverables, and milestones
  • Collaborate with scientific, computational, and business teams to facilitate effective communication and coordination
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential obstacles, and work with teams to resolve issues
  • Communicate project updates, status, and results to stakeholders clearly and effectively
  • Support budget tracking and resource planning for assigned projects
  • Utilize project management tools to streamline task management and collaboration
  • Contribute to developing and implementing workflows to improve operational efficiency within projects

Requirements

  • Educational background in life sciences, computational biology, business, or a related field (BS or MS preferred)
  • Hands-on scientific experience and familiarity with biotechnology, computational biology, AI-ML, or pharmaceuticals
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and facilitating collaboration
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Google Suite, or similar platforms
  • Excellent communication skills to present technical information clearly and effectively
  • Analytical thinker with problem-solving abilities to address project challenges

  • Support the Account Lead and senior leadership team to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives
