Job Description:

A leading construction consultancy with a strong reputation in the West Midlands is seeking a talented Senior Project Manager for their Birmingham office. This role offers the opportunity to lead large, complex projects valued between £20m – £100m within commercial, industrial, and public sector frameworks, mentoring junior team members and managing client relationships.

Job Responsibility:

Managing entire project lifecycles, including feasibility, design coordination, procurement, contract administration and project close-out
Liaising with client stakeholders and preparing reports
Ensuring compliance with key performance indicators and project objectives
Leading multi-disciplinary teams and mentoring Project Managers
Contributing to business development activities

Requirements:

Degree in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar
Chartered (MRICS, MAPM, or MCIOB) – essential
Minimum 6 years’ UK consultancy experience
Excellent client relationship and leadership skills
Experience in JCT/NEC contract administration
