Job Description:

A leading consultancy based in Central London is looking to appoint a driven and experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery of major capital projects across a range of sectors, including commercial, residential, and healthcare. This is an ideal opportunity for a Senior Project Manager seeking to work on complex, high-value schemes within a supportive and ambitious project management team. The successful Senior Project Manager will be joining a forward-thinking business with a strong reputation in the London market. As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll play a vital role in leading the delivery of projects from inception to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and project success across multiple, concurrent workstreams.

Job Responsibility:

Managing all phases of the project lifecycle, including feasibility, procurement, planning, delivery, and close-out
Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders
Ensuring objectives are achieved in terms of quality, programme, and cost
Leading multidisciplinary teams
Developing and maintaining project controls
Overseeing contract administration
Chairing project meetings
Providing input on strategic decisions
Mentoring junior team members

Requirements:

Degree qualified in a built environment or project management discipline
Chartered or working towards (RICS, APM, CIOB or equivalent)
Proven experience delivering projects within commercial, healthcare, or residential sectors
Previous consultancy background strongly preferred
Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership skills
Solid knowledge of procurement and contract administration (e.g. JCT, NEC)
