Job Description:

A well-established consultancy in Cambridge is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their growing team. With a strong pipeline of healthcare and residential developments, this role offers a great opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to work on meaningful projects with leading public and private sector clients.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the end-to-end delivery of capital projects
ensure objectives are met in line with time, cost, and quality expectations
coordinate design and delivery teams
lead client meetings
manage procurement and contractual processes
monitor project controls
drive performance improvements
provide ongoing risk and budget oversight

Requirements:

Relevant construction-related degree
professional membership (e.g. CIOB, RICS, APM) desirable
consultancy experience preferred
healthcare or residential project background an advantage
excellent communication and reporting skills
strong organisational and time management abilities
