Job Responsibility

  • As a Project Manager, you will work closely with your Regional Lead to develop, launch, and manage Fever Originals experiences from concept to execution. The role combines project management, commercial development, and strategic partnerships, with a strong emphasis on venue negotiations, relationship management, and networking within the local entertainment and events ecosystem
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, including sourcing venues, partners, and collaborators for new event concepts
  • Lead venue sourcing and contract negotiations, securing optimal terms and building long-term partnerships with strategic venues
  • Ensure the financial and operational feasibility of our events by analyzing and reporting on key metrics
  • Drive revenue growth by optimizing ticket sales strategies and identifying opportunities to expand event reach
  • Analyze business performance, including P&L tracking, forecasting, and operational efficiency improvements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure successful event launches and smooth operations
  • Scale successful experiences across additional cities and markets by building replicable operational models
  • Ensure high-quality experiences, maintaining strong standards for customer satisfaction and operational delivery

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, operations, consulting, business development, partnerships, or similar roles (this role is not primarily suited for traditional event planners)
  • German on a native level as well as fluency in English with excellent communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and networking skills, with the ability to build meaningful partnerships: you're not afraid of picking up the phone and pitching to potential new partners
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and drive multiple workstreams to successful completion
  • Resilient and results-driven, able to perform under pressure, take ownership, and manage several high-impact projects in parallel
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with venues, partners, brands, and stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to guide decision-making
  • Highly solution-oriented, able to identify challenges and develop practical strategies to resolve them
  • Ability to work and thrive in fast-paced environments and willingness to grow within the organization

  • Relieving Product Managers: taking over the operational delivery burden so that PMs can focus entirely on strategy, business planning, and financial metrics
  • Planning & Release Management: building a transparent release system (app updates). Providing stakeholders with full visibility into which features are being released, when they will be ready, and what dependencies or release risks exist
  • Capacity Management: balancing roadmap initiatives, technical debt, bug fixes, and growth experiments within a shared engineering capacity
  • Delivery-Content Awareness: moving away from simply "moving cards in Jira." It is essential for you to understand what is being developed, be able to read technical documentation, and connect the dots to keep tasks moving efficiently
  • People Management: leading and mentoring the engineering team (8–10 people), working in close collaboration with the Lead QA and the future internal Team Lead
