A leading global real estate consultancy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their established team in Leeds. The Senior Project Manager will take ownership of high-profile commercial office, workplace and mixed-use projects across Yorkshire and the North. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join a forward-thinking consultancy environment with a strong client base. The Senior Project Manager will play a key role in leading major schemes for occupiers, investors and developers. To be successful in this role, the Senior Project Manager must have prior consultancy experience. The Senior Project Manager will also contribute to business development, client care and team mentoring.
Job Responsibility:
Leading full project delivery lifecycle across commercial and mixed-use schemes
Managing internal and external project teams and consultants
Acting as the main client interface and attending executive-level meetings
Programme, cost and risk management oversight
Administering JCT and NEC contracts
Preparing and presenting monthly progress reports
Supporting business growth and framework bids
Mentoring junior team members and supporting line management
Requirements:
6+ years in a consultancy or client-side project management role
MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB qualified
Track record delivering commercial office or workplace projects
Comfortable managing senior stakeholders and design teams
Excellent communication, leadership and reporting skills
Strong understanding of project controls and governance procedures
