We’re currently supporting a client-side consultancy with the appointment of a Project Manager to join their growing team. This opportunity would suit someone from a building surveying and/or project management background who has spent the majority of their career working client-side within a consultancy environment, rather than in a main contractor or construction-led PM role. The role offers a good level of autonomy and would suit someone comfortable managing their own workload and priorities within a flexible working environment.
Job Responsibility:
Managing projects on behalf of clients from inception through to completion
Acting as the client’s representative across multiple workstreams
Coordinating consultants and external stakeholders
Managing programmes, reporting and project governance
Supporting senior team members on more complex schemes where required
Requirements:
5–6 years’ experience in a client-side consultancy environment
Background in building surveying and/or project management
Confident running projects independently
Strong organisational and communication skills
MRICS or other professional qualification not essential, but welcomed
