Job Description:

A leading independent consultancy in South London is looking for a dynamic Senior Project Manager to deliver high-profile education and residential schemes. The Senior Project Manager will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, acting as the first point of contact for clients. This role is well-suited for a driven Senior Project Manager with a strong track record in consultancy delivery.

Job Responsibility:

Lead complex, high-value projects within residential, education, and healthcare sectors
Provide strategic direction
Manage multiple stakeholders
Mentor junior colleagues
Ensure projects meet client objectives and are delivered to the highest standards
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously
Act as the first point of contact for clients
Take responsibility for project lifecycles
Lead design teams and ensure timely delivery

Requirements:

Degree in Construction or Project Management
MRICS / MAPM / MCIOB essential
7-10 years consultancy or client-side experience
Strong JCT and NEC contract knowledge
Experience in education or housing projects advantageous

Nice to have:
