Job Responsibility
Account Management: Oversee account growth, budget planning, and team KPI tracking
actively participate in hiring decisions
People Management: Lead team hiring, performance, and engagement management
support staff in their personal and professional growth
Stakeholder Management: Provide regular status updates and ensure effective client expectation management
build and enhance relationships with key stakeholders to strengthen collaboration
Project Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks through effective communication and implementation of robust risk management strategies
Process Improvement & AI Adoption: Guide teams through process setup and project planning
play a supportive role in implementing new processes, with a particular focus on facilitating and accelerating AI adoption across teams
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, simultaneously leading 4+ teams (20+ people in total)
Proven experience supporting teams that deliver multiple products within one organization
Demonstrated success introducing new processes to teams, with hands-on involvement in AI adoption initiatives
Solid understanding of SDLC, Scrum, and SAFe
practical experience and ability to lead teams within the SAFe framework
Expertise in risk management (identify/communicate/fact)
Track record in building new teams and driving the hiring process
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Advanced English proficiency
