Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, simultaneously leading 4+ teams (20+ people in total)
  • Proven experience supporting teams that deliver multiple products within one organization
  • Demonstrated success introducing new processes to teams, with hands-on involvement in AI adoption initiatives
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, Scrum, and SAFe
  • practical experience and ability to lead teams within the SAFe framework
  • Expertise in risk management (identify/communicate/fact)
  • Track record in building new teams and driving the hiring process
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced English proficiency
