Job Description:

A leading global real estate consultancy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a variety of commercial and mixed-use schemes for prestigious clients across the Yorkshire region and beyond. The successful candidate will have autonomy to run projects, support junior staff, and progress within the organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Overseeing programme management, cost control, and quality assurance
  • Managing stakeholder relationships
  • Leading internal teams
  • Ensuring exceptional service delivery across all project stages

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in construction, surveying or a related field
  • Chartered (MRICS or equivalent) preferred
  • Strong experience in commercial or mixed-use project delivery
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Familiar with JCT and NEC forms of contract
