The Senior Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, transfer and operational ramp-up of new distribution center/s in Singapore and Johor, Malaysia. This role will involve strategic oversight of the project, ensuring it aligns with organizational goals and supports both the factory operations in the region as well as the global and APAC regional export to customers. The Senior Project Manager will be accountable for ensuring the new multi-site network hub is fully operational and integrated into Resmed’s global supply chain.
Job Responsibility:
Provide strategic direction for the project
Oversee the phased ramp-up of operations across the new multi-site network warehouse
Lead the project team
Start with digitally enabled network hubs
ensuring the processes and 3PL providers are fully integrated with Resmed’s digital supply chain network
Oversee the project budget
Identify and mitigate project risks
Engage with key stakeholders
Monitor project performance
Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, risks, and issues
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
8+ years of experience in distribution centre and/or manufacturing project management and operations, in particular relocation and commissioning of warehousing projects
Proven experience in managing large-scale projects and leading cross-functional teams
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong financial and budget management skills
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems
In-depth knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and cross-border trade compliance issues
