You'll lead the delivery of complex and high-profile projects across the full breadth of Property and Infrastructure, with exposure spanning commercial property, residential and social infrastructure, aviation, ports, transport, water, energy and broader civil works. As a Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of end-to-end project delivery—providing leadership across planning, design, procurement, and delivery. You'll work closely with clients, governance groups, and multidisciplinary teams to drive performance, mitigate risks, and ensure successful project outcomes. You'll also play a key role in developing solutions, strengthening client relationships, and contributing to business growth in the region.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the delivery of complex and high-profile projects across the full breadth of Property and Infrastructure
Take ownership of end-to-end project delivery—providing leadership across planning, design, procurement, and delivery
Work closely with clients, governance groups, and multidisciplinary teams to drive performance, mitigate risks, and ensure successful project outcomes
Play a key role in developing solutions, strengthening client relationships, and contributing to business growth in the region
Requirements:
Tertiary qualifications in construction, architecture, engineering, or related fields (including mechanical & electrical design or trade backgrounds)
8-12 years' experience delivering construction and infrastructure projects, ideally across Property sectors (e.g., education, living & aged care, commercial property, aviation, ports, housing) and/or Infrastructure sectors (e.g., transport, water, energy, civil infrastructure)
Proven experience in a client-side consultancy or in delivering major projects on behalf of clients
Strong leadership capability, with demonstrated success coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing complex stakeholder environments
Highly developed communication, problem-solving and commercial skills, with the ability to influence decisions and guide projects through all phases
