Collinson is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support the successful delivery of complex customer and loyalty transformation programmes within the transport and mobility sector. The successful candidate must have proven experience delivering complex Salesforce-enabled transformation, including coordinating business, technology and delivery teams across the full project lifecycle. This role requires an organised and delivery-focused individual with experience managing large-scale projects across multiple workstreams, stakeholders and delivery teams. The successful candidate will bring strong project management, coordination and governance capability, alongside the ability to operate effectively within fast-paced transformation environments.
Job Responsibility
Manage day-to-day delivery coordination across programme workstreams
Maintain programme plans, timelines and delivery trackers
Coordinate delivery activity across internal teams, agencies, technology providers and client stakeholders
Ensure delivery milestones, dependencies and actions are tracked and managed effectively
Support delivery mobilisation and implementation planning activities
Support programme governance structures and reporting processes
Prepare status reports, RAID logs, meeting outputs and delivery updates
Track programme risks, issues, dependencies and mitigation actions
Support governance forums, steering meetings and project workshops
Ensure delivery documentation and reporting standards are maintained
Build effective working relationships across client and partner teams
Facilitate communication and coordination across multiple stakeholders
Support alignment between business, technology and operational workstreams
Escalate delivery risks and blockers appropriately
Maintain delivery momentum across fast-paced project environments
Support implementation, launch readiness and operational transition activities
Coordinate project activities across parallel delivery streams
Ensure delivery activity aligns with agreed programme objectives and timelines
Support resource coordination and planning activities where required
Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and ways of working
Requirements
7+ years of project or programme delivery experience
Proven experience delivering Salesforce technology programmes or large-scale Salesforce implementations
Experience working within customer, digital or transformation programmes
Strong project management and coordination capability
Experience managing multiple stakeholders and delivery workstreams
Strong governance, reporting and planning skills
Experience operating within fast-paced delivery environments
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Strong problem-solving and prioritisation capability
Ability to manage competing priorities and delivery timelines effectively
