Lead and manage project teams across internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and, where applicable, consortium partners, coordinating effectively with external interfaces to deliver complex projects. Own P&L for assigned projects, delivering on time, within budget and cash targets, and at the required quality while actively optimizing margin. Ensure adherence to Bühler directives and EHS standards, embedding compliance and a strong safety culture throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Responsibility:

Ensure adherence to Bühler directives and EHS standards, embedding compliance and a strong safety culture throughout the project lifecycle
Lead up to complex projects with P&L accountability
Build and develop a capable and motivated engineering team and hub, establishing foundational processes and culture
Supervise the final negotiations for the allocated project and provides the execution strategy
Ensures that the project schedule baseline is signed by the involved parties at the start of the project
Manage and lead the project team in order to achieve and further improve the cost, schedule, quality and EHS targets
Perform proper risk and opportunity management
Prepare and perform Project Reviews as requested, report according Bühler Project Management process
Responsible for the site briefing meeting
Ensures that all site relevant documents are handed over to site personnel
Liaise with the Project Management Office to establish, implement and maintain operating standards to ensure quality project results and customer satisfaction
Ensure forecasting accuracy and monitor project KPIs including Schedule Performance Index (SPI) and Cost Performance Index (CPI), timely Turnover (TO) and manual TO Pulls if needed, to drive project success
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering
Minimum 10 years as Project Manager or proof of sufficient skills
Full cycle project management experience
Proven experience in handling turnkey projects
Commercial knowledge for assessing business risks and opportunities to undertake commercial negotiations
Strong planning, organizing and priority setting skills, with a proven ability to manage teams
