Job Responsibility

  • Leading projects from inception through to completion
  • Acting as the primary client contact and trusted advisor
  • Managing multidisciplinary consultant and contractor teams
  • Preparing and monitoring project programmes, risks and reporting
  • Overseeing procurement and contract administration processes
  • Delivering projects across public sector, healthcare, hotel and residential sectors
  • Chairing project meetings and providing strategic project leadership
  • Supporting business development and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Contributing to the development of junior team members where required
  • Occasional travel within the UK and Europe to support project delivery.

Requirements

  • Experience working as a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager within a construction consultancy
  • Strong experience delivering public sector, healthcare, hotel or residential projects
  • Proven ability to manage projects with minimal supervision
  • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
  • Degree qualified in a construction-related discipline
  • Chartered status or working towards MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Willingness to travel occasionally throughout the UK and Europe.
