Job Description:

A highly respected independent project and cost management consultancy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its growing Property & Construction division, based in London. With a wide range of high-profile schemes across sectors such as Commercial, Life Sciences, Retail, Higher Education, Healthcare and Industrial, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Project Manager looking to play a key role in the delivery of complex and varied construction projects.

Job Responsibility:

Take the lead on projects from inception through to completion
Manage new builds and refurbishments ranging in value from £1m to £200m
Act as the project lead on multiple, large-scale developments
Ensure delivery is achieved to time, budget and quality expectations
Lead multidisciplinary project teams
Manage stakeholder engagement across all RIBA stages

Requirements:

Proven experience delivering construction projects of £20m+ as project lead
Experience working in a consultancy or client-side capacity
Demonstrable experience working across all RIBA stages
A relevant degree in Construction Project Management or a related discipline
Chartered status or membership with APM, RICS, CIOB or similar
