Job Description:

A multidisciplinary consultancy based in Manchester is looking to hire an experienced Senior Project Manager to support a strong pipeline of projects across the North West. The successful Senior Project Manager will work on schemes in education, residential, and commercial sectors. This is an ideal position for a Senior Project Manager with strong technical knowledge and a passion for delivering complex construction projects. The consultancy provides long-term progression routes and a people-first approach, making it an ideal home for a dedicated Senior Project Manager.

Job Responsibility:

Lead on project delivery
Manage risk and ensure client expectations are met
Represent the client’s interests
Manage consultants and contractors
Ensure quality outcomes

Requirements:

Construction-related degree
MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB or equivalent
Strong experience in construction project management
Able to manage several concurrent projects
Excellent leadership and communication skills
