Our flagship Composer platform delivers scalable wealth management and advice capabilities to leading institutions worldwide.\n\nWe’re seeking a Technical Project Manager, Retail Wealth to lead the end-to-end delivery of Composer Platform application development for new clients. Reporting to the Executive Manager, Composer Platform, you’ll drive complex technical projects across geographically distributed teams in Australia and Vietnam.\n\nThis is a permanent full-time opportunity based in Sydney. Job Responsibility:

Lead end-to-end technical delivery (agile) of Composer Platform projects, including API integrations and cloud-based deployments
Translate complex client requirements into clear, actionable technical solutions that align with Composer's architecture and strategic roadmap
Manage globally distributed teams, balancing capacity, delivery schedules, and cross-regional collaboration to ensure seamless execution
Define and uphold delivery standards, including robust frameworks for application development, technical documentation, and stakeholder engagement
Work closely with domain experts - Cloud Architects, Technical Consultants, and Product Specialists-to design and deliver impactful, scalable solutions
Adapt to flexible working hours, with evening collaboration required to align with teams across Australia, the UK, and Vietnam

Requirements:

Proven expertise in technical project management, ideally within financial services or wealth management environments
Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, with a preference for AWS, and a solid grasp of modern software delivery practices
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and support decision-making
A collaborative mindset, capable of building trusted relationships with both clients and internal teams
Demonstrated ability to define, source, and manage project resources and budgets effectively
Experience or familiarity with trading systems or processes - particularly within the context of wealth management capabilities - highly regarded and a strong advantage in this role
