Job Description:

A leading multi-disciplinary property consultancy is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join their expanding residential division. Operating nationally, this well-respected consultancy provides expert advice throughout the development lifecycle, with a focus on residential disposals, acquisitions, and strategic consultancy across private, affordable, BTR and care/retirement sectors.

Job Responsibility:

Manage the full land acquisition and disposal process, from marketing through to legal completion
Provide strategic development advice to landowners, developers and corporate clients
Deliver consultancy services including site identification, planning promotion and option agreements
Operate across various residential tenures including affordable housing, BTR and later living
Maintain and grow client relationships and an existing professional network

Requirements:

MRICS qualified with a minimum of 7 years’ direct experience in residential development agency
Strong network of developer, promoter, and landowner contacts across the UK
In-depth knowledge of sale and acquisition methods including private treaty, auctions, and promotional agreements
Proficient in Argus Developer or similar development appraisal tools
Willingness to travel and support projects nationwide
Full UK driving licence
